Our Grass Fed Short Ribs come from the rib eye section of the beef and are great for braising or slow cooking! Each package averages around 2lbs. They are vacuum sealed to maintain their freshness in your freezer. You will see our brand and the meat processing facilities sticker on the outside of the packaging.
