Our Ground Beef is 90% lean. It comes in 1lb packages. Our Maple Breakfast Ground Beef Sausage is a lean choice for breakfast and oh so delicious!  It comes in 1lb packages. Our New York & Boneless Rib Eye Steaks are classic, tender prime steak cuts, they are 1 inch thick. Our meat is vacuum sealed to maintain its freshness in your freezer. You will see our brand and the meat processing facilities sticker on the outside of the package.
