Our Ground Beef is 90% lean. It comes in 1lb packages. Our Maple Breakfast Ground Beef Sausage is a lean choice for breakfast and oh so delicious! It comes in 1lb packages. Same with our Sweet Italian Ground Beef Sausage! Our Top Sirloin Steaks is a classic, tender prime steak cut. Two steaks are in each package, and they are 1.5 inches thick.Our Roast & Stew Meat is great for the slow cooker, and you can turn one roast into a couple different meals for the week! Or they are great for feeding a crowd! Our stew meat comes pre-cut into small cubes making for a fast meal! Each package averages around 1lbs. Our meat is vacuum sealed to maintain its freshness in your freezer. You will see our brand and the meat processing facilities sticker on the outside of the package.
