They are vacuum sealed to maintain their freshness in your freezer. You will see our brand and the meat processing facilities sticker on the outside of the package.
Cooking
You want to cook this cut quickly over high heat. You want to get a nice sear on the outside, while keeping the internal temperature to a juicy 130°F (medium rare). Be careful not to overcook this tender cut and let it rest before slicing!
