Our Grass Fed Oxtail are a high-gelatin, hard-to-find cut that are wonderful stewed or slowly braised until the meat is fork-tender. They are great in a slow cooker or on the stove top, with lots of nutrients! It is vacuum sealed to maintain its freshness in your freezer.
